Nick Burge, Project Manager          

Nick Burge is a certified Fire Specialist with over 10 Fire Service Training Certifications.  He completed the Fire Academy as a Jr. Capitan in 2017.  Nick oversees fire and safety consultations for commercial facilities.  He has developed working relationships with various notable cannabis companies and is often requested by large operators for fire and safety plan development.  Nick has completed the LACF Commercial Cannabis trainings and is well versed in the National Fire Code as well as the LACF Ordinance regulations, including fire ratings, MAQs, ventilation systems, fire detection systems, sprinkler systems and other fire prevention and suppression regulations as they relate to cannabis cultivation and extraction. Through extensive working relationships with cannabis operators and regulatory agencies, Nick has become an expert on local and state security, fire, hazardous materials, transportation, and design requirements.  He assists operators with developing operational plans that comply with the applicable regulations while meeting the operational goals of the facility operator.

Nam Ngo, EIT – Engineering Project Manager         

Nam Ngo is a licensed civil engineer and experienced building plan check project manager.  Nam has his B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cal State Fullerton and is currently working on his professional engineering license.  Nam has project managed dozens of projects including cultivation sites, pre-regulatory site conversions, manufacturing facilities and retail dispensaries, water and other resource management projects, hospital and medical labs as well as numerous commercial retail projects.  Nam is a subject matter expert on greenhouse design and building code compliance.  Nam serves as the company’s engineer to ensure all facilities are property designed and built, in accordance with local and state codes and regulations.
